1. Nature of Our Products
Most of our products are:
- Handmade by skilled artisans
- Custom-made according to customer requirements
- Crafted from natural marble
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, carving, and finishing may occur and should not be considered defects.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted only under the following circumstances:
- Product received is damaged during transit.
- Incorrect product delivered.
- Product has a major manufacturing defect.
- Product significantly differs from the approved order specifications.
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and videos of the issue.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made marble statues
- Personalized products
- Special-size orders
- Products approved before production
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
- Minor variations in color, design, texture, or finishing resulting from handcrafted workmanship
4. Refund Policy
Refunds may be approved only after inspection and verification by our team.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- Full Refund
- Partial Refund
- Product Replacement
- Repair or Restoration Service
Refunds are processed only when the return request meets our eligibility requirements.
5. Custom Orders
Custom orders require significant artisan work and production planning.
Therefore:
- Advance payments for custom orders are generally non-refundable.
- Once production has started, cancellations and refunds are not permitted.
- Any approved refund for custom work will be subject to production costs already incurred.
6. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Do not discard the packaging.
- Take clear photographs and videos of:
- Outer packaging
- Inner packaging
- Damaged product
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for compensation.
7. Order Cancellation
Standard Orders
Orders may be canceled before dispatch.
Custom Orders
Once carving, designing, or production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled.
8. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- The amount will be credited through the original payment method whenever possible.
- Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.
9. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
- Replacement shipping costs for verified damaged or incorrect products may be covered by Marble Statue Maker.
10. International Orders
For international shipments:
- Customs duties, taxes, and import charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations.
- Delays caused by customs authorities are beyond our control.
